Two Recent Sales in Chastain Park

In April I listed two homes next door to each other for sale on Jettridge Drive. Each house got a great response from the market and were under contract in 8 & 6 days respectively. Jettridge Drive is a quiet cul-de-sac street tucked into the northwest corner of Chastain Park. The combination of a great street, a cul-de-sac, and Jackson Elementary made these homes a hot ticket in the thick of the Spring real estate market in Atlanta. Below is information on both homes that closed in May.

The first home listed and sold was 4620 Jettridge Drive. This classic looking home has amazing curb appeal, a white two-story frame home with a red door! 4620 got a lot of pre-market showings, and once it was listed I spent two days showing it from 8:30am – 6:30pm. The second home listed is 4630 Jettridge Drive. The sellers of 4630 recently added an incredible swimming pool in the back yard. The deeper property allowed for this addition plus space behind that for a play yard or garden. The house is two stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, a master on the main plus a powder room, and full bath on the terrace level.
