Chastain Place New Construction

The Chastain Place new construction project at the corner of East Conway and Cochran Drives is getting underway.  Earlier this week the building permit sign went up, the bulldozer arrived, and yesterday it got to work making way for 4 new homes.  

According to the brochure onsite the first two homes to be built will have 5 bedrooms, full basements, 3 car garages and +/- 5,000 square feet of finished space.  All four homesites will have plenty of room for a swimming pool.  Homesite 2 is priced at $2,055,000 and homesite 3 will be $1,996,000.  These homes are located in the Warren T. Jackson – Sutton – North Atlanta school district.
