The most expensive home to sell in Chastain Park during the first half of 2011 was listed for $1,695,000 and closed for $1,500,000.  That home closed in June.  Which streets are grabbing the most sales?  Well, interestingly enough, no street in Chastain Park has had more than two sales thus far, so we will see if that trend continues.  Tall Pines Drive takes the cake for it’s homes spending the least time on the market.  Of the streets that had multiple sales, Tall Pines homes spent on average 60 days on the market compared to the neighborhood’s 190 days.
